KURO was founded in 2010 in Okayama — Japan’s denim heartland — producing a selvedge-led collection alongside shirts, outerwear, and accessories.

We produce in small, deliberate runs and favour long-term partnerships. KURO is currently carried by 80 doors in Japan and 124 internationally.
